Yes.

Go to a place that does metal work.

It'll be a piece of piss for them.

Just show them the knob and have one of the adjusters there anyway (sample)

Like I said before Lukey, the knobs have a plastic centercap thing (universal fitment ftw...) so getting one made up is advised anyway.

Yup, if someone made the M12 x 1.25 adapter that comes with that knob, then M10 x 1.5 is easy.
