Immobilizer problem

Hi all, i just recently purchased the laser key core set (off a facelift ep3 type-r) genuine honda part off ebay, i'm wondering if i can disable the factory immobilizer , instead, i install another alarm system, cuz i guess once i replace the new key core set to my car, apparently the immobilizer won't let me start the engine, so just looking for any chance can solve the problem, one more thing, it does come with the remote, but honda wont re-program for me cuz mine is an import car, so thats why im thinking if can disable the immobilizer,thanks for helping!

nothing wrong with my current key, but i guess u would say i m the stupidest person in the word if i tell u the reason why,cuz the new design of the laser key is the only way that i can get the red H key cover on same as FD2 R ,lol:p
