View Full Version : 99 DC2R - Paint Code confirmation - NHBP or SBP

1999 DC2R - no door jam sticker, booklet says NH592P (Starlight Black Pearl) but everywhere and everyone else says its B92P which is Nighthawk Black Pearl. So .. wtf is it?? Lol

whts starlight pearl black..

98 under models bb6 are also starlight pearl black where as the 99+ are NHB.

nhb = blue glitter
so spb?

Figured it out. NHBP is not the same as DC2R Pearl Black, which is actually Starlight Black Pearl. And all this time I thought it was NHBP LOL...

isn't yours is Nighthawk black? which is B92P or 08C53TB92P1 for the exact part number

I have nfi what my dc2r is but in the user manual it is NH592P, which is starlight black pearl.

my car does not have that sticker.. so i dont know what colour it really is... cos the previous repair guy didnt put the sticker back!

looking at hondatech thread, 2001+ integra Rs only were NHBP.

but 1999 to 2000 were SBP.

Starlight Black Pearl is the same as my old EK. I Think DC2R got Nighthawk Black....although in US they have Flamenco Black

I know EK9 got Nighthawk Black

IZY-10, I had it verfied by a mate at Honda, it is Starlight Black Pearl (SBP). NOT Night hawk black pearl, contrary to everybody's belief that all DC2Rs in black are NHBP.

NHBP apparently came about in the later model DC2Rs. I have a 99 model

Others on this forum in other threads have also confirmed their dc2rs as SBP. My DC2R also has blue pearl. Same as my Accord which is NHBP. I am under the suspicion that the paint code NHBP replaced SBP in the later models.
