Hello.

My car has done 36,500km. It had its service at 30,000km. I wanted to do an oil change.

Do I have to do this at a dealer to guarantee warranty or can I do this myself in my garage.

I'd rather not pay some dumb c*nt apprentice at a dealer to do it.

Regards,

JJ

you can do oil changes etc yourself as long as you still have your schedualed services at each interval as per the manufactures requirments. if you miss your services by even a few thousand klms they can refuse warranty. i have heard of this happen to a friend before.
so i suggest service to book every 10k or whatever is required and do your own oil changes if you feel necessary in between.
good luck with it ;)
