It's possible that you have a coolant leak somewhere.
General guide:
White smoke = burning coolant
Black smoke = burning fuel
Blue smoke = burning oil

It's probably just condensation

i had a similar thing on a laser.
It was because there was water from when the head gasket was done.
It could have something to do with your head gasket then...
Just a sugestion...im not mech.

white smoke - i bet that's head gasket giving up and water mixing up with oil. depending on the severity... you might even start seeing oil in the radiator :S

maybe its just a dirty exhaust and early start ups in the morning?
dew + dirty exhaust = drippy black fluid?

Could be the case cause I just had a new exhaust installed to my car but it was from my friend's car. Which makes it 2nd hand. :P
Are you sure its not white steam rather than smoke?
Like on a cold morning and you breath out warm air frmo your mouth?
The black liquid could possibly be from the air moisture overnight mixed in with the black exhaust fumes/dust build up and leaking out from condensation.
If it stops doing it after the car is warmed up then i dont think it's anything to worry about.
