It doesn't matter which product you use. All that matters is if the result of modification through 3rd party products requires a certification (engineered).

In short (as listed under the Suspension and Steering Guideline (http://www.infrastructure.gov.au/roads/vehicle_regulation/bulletin/pdf/NCOP11_Section_LS_Suspension_and_steering_3Feb2006 .pdf))..

Lowering your car by less than 1/3 of the original suspension travel doesn't require certification.
