hey guys i went to get an exedy HD clutch but the mechanic said how many splines does my car have and im not sure engine is a d16y

for D series.....

there is only TWO types of clutch kits. One is for all 91-00 hydraulic clutched civics , and the other is for 88-93 cabled civics , and only the 91-93 Si DOHC.

Anyway. I dont have your answer sorry - but the "kit" should be labelled 93-00 civic D series.
