Powdercoating Rims

Love the look of my rims but the colour is old..

Just wondering if anyone has powdercoated their rims before and whether its worth it.

Also anyone know a rough idea $$ per rim?? Going to start ringing around tomorrow

powdercoating is better then DIY home spray jobs as it looks better and lasts longer.

i think its around $80 per rim (depending on size of course) to sandblast & powdercoat, he has many colours available.

chris is doing a set of wheels for me atm, his prices are higher but his work quality seems top notch

mr kleen does a good job as well, think about $40 - 60 per wheel
i got my wedsports done by them (theyre for sale btw)

ive been searching for a while quotes vary from 60 - 150 a wheel.

from my research Mr kleen seems to be the best compromise. i wouldve used craved only penrith is too far for me to drop off rims then go and pick up again.

The prices up here are about $60-$90 for 15inch rims including sand blasting.

We picked some less common colours from here:

Highly recommend it as an alternative to a supershit auto paint job ;)

They are 17's and for Sandblasting its $20 per rim. Powdercoating is $35 per rim.

Pretty cheap if you ask me.. Hopefully get them done Monday-Wednesday.

Got it quoted at High Volume Powdercoating in Beaumaris (Vic) The guy gets his sandblasting outsourced so will have to drop by Dandenong?? I think for that. Not done yet...but soon!
