Good Honda project

Hey i currently drive a Honda Accord and love it so am looking at getting another cheap Honda as a build project and was just after some suggestions?

I realize there are no recent fwd Honda's (cheap ones anyway) but are there any older model Honda's that are rear wheel drive? that would also make a good project?

or get a really old civic and put a k20 in it ... sleeper ftw =)
