ive got a 94 accord with 215,000kms- wanted to know what oils the best to use in the engine. What do all you 5th gen accord owners use? is castrol magnatec the best or can you do better..

I was using Castrol Magnetic. was ok but now I'm using Martini Racing and engine runs smoother.

magnatec = good! was using Mobil Synth S before that, just as good but was thinner oil.

Both Magnatec and Synth S are 10w-40.

Personally, I'd use Synth S and change every 5000km or use Shell Helix Plus 10w-40 and change every 7000km. If you are burning oil currently with Magnatec, then you can consider Shell Helix Plus 15w-50 if you have already replaced your PCV valve.
