Hi all,
just wondering if anyone knows if the dc5 2002 have obd2 or obd1? Theres a part that looks like the obd2 on the left side of where the drivers feet is. But when i look at the holes where the pins should go in, some of the holes are empty. There only like 5 or 6 holes that are able to be read. Hope someone know what i mean. Thanks.

Year 1996 cars have an OBD11 ECU, Below 96 are OBD1...

Hope that answers your question.

I actually just found a site where it describes what type the DC5 or for any other car has. It seems that on my DC5 it does have OBD2 but there are also different protocols of it. Unfortunately I needed the CAN version which according to this site my 2002 DC5 doesn't have. I was thinking of buying one of those performance meters that you just plug in the OBD2 port to get something like 100 different measurements from the one guage. But my cars not compaitble with it. The link is here if you wanna make sure what type of OBD2 port you have:
