My mate owns a 96' DC4 and is considering to lower the car..
What springs/coilovers would you recommend for something comfortable but looks sweet.
$500-600
Cheers

tien springs are decent, doesn't really give a slammed drop tho 300-400
kings for budget - 200-300, good drop tho i guess if ur getting super low
lovells - no experience with these, cost about 300
eibach are good 2, - 400-500

king springs for fairly dumped (on superlows) but still an 'ok' handling spring
eibach for not as low and will improve handling (sensible height that doesn't stuff all your suspension geometry

95cm is practically 1 meter :P
95mm is also a fairly decent drop.
You would need SSSL kings for that i'd think

You should specify the drop he actually requires then, what clearance does he have now? Go from there
