Hey people.
I have got a CTR steering wheel to put in my ek4... and here's my problem.
I cannot for the life of me get the hex-screws on either side of the stock ek4 steering wheel undone to remove the air-bag. I have used wd-40 and a hex-key with pliers on it... nth.
Any Ideas? because I'm about ready to grind the f**kers off. Although I dont really want to.
HELP.
Thank you in advance.

too hard to undo? why not use a breaker bar?
hex screw+socket that matches the screw+breaker bar?

make sure you have the correct sized torx piece. Use leverage to make it easier.

use the right tool for the Job.

pliers with the torx bit in the end of it will never do.
