Hi, Im new to OZHonda.com & indeed to Hondas. I recently purchased an 07 Civic Type R to replace my 04 Mini Cooper S JCW. I also recently sold my 99 Subaru STI V5 race car with which i spent several years doing hillclimbs, supersprints & the odd tarmac rally (was fortunate enough to win the NSW hillclimb championship).The Type R is just a weekend street car though it will see several mods no doubt.Anyway hi all.:wave:

i guess one advantage i can see is the difference between servicing costs honda vs mini is a massive difference that you should enjoy.

Thanks guys & here's a couple more pics. Should have the TYPE R up & running in a week or two so will post up a pic or 2 then. Fitted a Hi tech exhaust this week & am looking at some suspension & brakes atm. Also ordered the OEM rear diffuser & some other bits & pieces.:)
