How to take off door moulds/bumpers?

Hello ozhonda,

I'v tried searching but to no avail, i can't find out how to take off the door mould things (bumper strips on the door??).. The car is a 95 EG sedan.

Also they have been poorly colour coded by me in the past and the white spray paint is flaking off on the edges... how do i get rid of the paint?..is it possible to sand it back, what's the best and easiest way?

take off your door card/trim. and push the clips out. the moulds are held down by clips.
sand them.
