Hi guys - been floating around the forums for the past couple of months.
Just got myself a nice little EG3 civic, and its red so it goes faster too! Better then vtec i reckon :zip:
So here it is - just me know what you guys think.
Still in the process of actually getting it - but for all intensive purposes, its mine! :D

PS. Not getting the rims pictured, one, they are too big ( 17" ) and two, they scrub on full lock.
Plus 16" look and handle better ;)
Cheers Nic

Yeah sorry about the 18+ thing - didnt actually realise i had hit it until after i finished.
But yeah that carby is HOT ;)
Yeah the wheels dont look too bad. But they are too big, car handles like a boat, well teh egg version of a boat.
And i suppose it doesnt help that the car sits on a slat.... :S
the left side of the car sits about 1cm lower then the right... not too sure why, as fair as i know the springs are stock, but who really knows....
Cheers
Edit: Anyone know if the d13b2's where twin throat carby or single...?
Am thinking about modifying it to run twin carbies. Untill i can afford a b18c :D

hmmm dosnt look like it, eg6 wheels are wrapped in leather, some breezes come with the black steering wheels, mine did
but i could be wrong
and who dosnt want a yellow eg hahaha,
mines getting there, still lots i want to do to it :D
Anyone know if the d13b2's where twin throat carby or single...?
EG3 = single carby
EG4 = dual carby

EG3 = single carby
EG4 = dual carby
So the eg4's are twin carby.
Does that mean i could use the set up off a d15 on a d13, so it runs twin carby too...?
As one would assume that they are similar, just a difference in size.
Cheers Nic.
PS. Yellow Egg FTW ;)

So could i use the carby set up off a d15 to make my d13 run twin carbies?

yes you could but i really dont see the point aye cos atthe end of the day itll still be a carby and you probably will notice only a very slight difference in performance..whereas youll get better fuel economy if you remain running the single cam...the money could be better invested elsewhere in my opinion but its really up to you

Yeah was doing a bit of research last night about it.
And as you said, little performance gains, and the money would be better elsewhere. So thats what im gonna do ;) save for a set of coilovers once i get my wheels :D
Cheers Nic.
