hey guys

well my current headlights on my 1990 Integra are starting to turn a little yellow and look a little dated.... so i thought i might upgrade them to some chrome projector headlights

im having trouble locating some in australia, i found a heap on Ebay from america for like 200 US dollars but id like to see if i can find some in australia first. So if anyone knows anywhere that stocks them or can get them please let e know

thanks

does anyone know if carmate stocks projector headlights?

Take a look around www.g2ic.com, the Generation 2 Integra Club. They have heaps of stuff you can learn about your teg.

I was also thinking about replacing my headlights with clear lenses or black housing, but if you look at the "Shows" section of the site, you'll see a lot of LS tegs in car shows that don't have projector lenses!

I think clear lenses can be a hard look to pull off on an old car unless you suitably dress up other parts of it. For eg. (and my humble opinion only!) chrome lenses and tail lights look best with chrome wheels, and sometimes I don't think chrome works well with an LS. Chrome suits more of luxury and classic cars, in general I think.

I'm under the impression that when it comes to lenses, a lot of LS owners like the stock look best (or subtle aftermarket), and I think I might just be one of them.

Instead, go to "Teg Tips" and find out how to freshen up your existing lenses.

And if you find any eyelids, let me know.

Do the polishing trick, the lights will come up a treat.
The factory clearcoat on the lights yellows, I polished mine up over 2 years ago and they've been perfect since, I just wax them whenever I do the rest of the car.

Xracing have them on their website, but i talked to them and they said they would have to custom make them.... id be interested to know if Cyber sell them off the shelf, anyone have their contact details? (email or phone number)

if none are available off the shelf then i'll just get some custom ones made here in Canberra.

yes sand the outside
first it'd be very foggy and milky
sand with water
but later after a polish it'd be as good as new
