My new jazz rear wheel , left one , I checked it with a plumb bob ,

its a string that hangs straight down ,

The left wheel is leaning in 19 mm at the top and the right is leaning in 3mm at the top , this is normal isnt it ?

I'm no suspension expert but it should be even 'camber' on both sides.

19 mm is a hell of a lot of lean ( camber )for a rear wheel , can someone with a new Jazz do the same test , I think they are all the same, I looked at one in a park lot and it looked like the rear wheel on that one was leaning too

There must be a good explanation as Honda couldn't get it that wrong

Na its not right. Get it checked out by a suspension specialist. Props to you for being resourcefull with the plum bob. You can work out the camber angle if you know your Trig.

Its almost 2.8 Degrees , I did it on Master cam , I like the car its great

2nd is a bit stiff when its cold , the steering self centres real good

Have you checked how much steering and braking is left after ignition failure at 140 Ks , overtaking,, not that much

There are recorded modern ignition failures , not with this brand but with others that caused accidents and litigation with car manufacturers
