Hi guys,
Just read that Honda will be releasing this new model:
http://www.themotorreport.com.au/43669/2009-honda-civic-limited-edition-and-accord-limited-edition-announced-for-40th-anniversary/
I'm guessing it's based on the Vti + these added Limited Edition goodies.
I'll assume it's going for $26990 for the Auto...drive away.
15" alloys are too small for the civic too!
special edition needs like 18" wheels imo
at least give them to 17" sport wheels. the "extra $2000" worth of extras are mostly taken up by the price of those 15" wheels.
the rest of the extra features would probably total to less than $1000 combined, no?

Or some unique 16, or 17" rims.
Also being based on the Vti, you would miss out on the cruise control and 6 stack.
and climate control, once again honda australia has failed

Ahh yeah, forgot about that.
The limited edition is really just some 'suck you in' marketing. I'm sure my parents got a Vti-L Auto for $28500 driveaway.
This LE is a joke.
lol bad, I got my Vti-L manual for 26500 driveaway

actually thats pretty decent pricing, i paid 26k for a 2009 vti auto, with rear sensors, mats and tints. for a 1 grand extra, id gladly pay to get those wheels
really? just save the extra grand and put it towards some aftermarket wheels
or buy 2nd hand civic sport rims lol

lol that LE can go to hell.
but i'd still want my warranty =(
well, if u were to get 2nd hand sport rims they shouldnt void ur warranty, since they're honda wheels, rite?
and if u were to get a different set of aftermarket wheels, then honda still wouldnt completely void ur warranty. ur engine and electricals should still be fine. only thing that would be void is stuff like the suspension, brakes and other things related to that.

All civics have cruise control mate, do your research

lol i think the accord euro limited edition was much better in terms of features =P, 17" sport wheels, body kit, euro r grill, carbon fibre interior, side airbags, foglights etc.but then again a much bigger price premium

RRP is cheaper, not the negotiated price
and thats an easy deal to do without alloys!
as far as the badge goes, its a silver 40 with anniversary just under it.
not worth takin a pic of lol
