hey guys, it is time the d15 carby has got to go.
ive got a d16 twin cam zc from a crx lined up for my 1990 civic inluding gearbox n ecu now thats all ive got.
If i wanna do engine swap from carby to efi i know you have to change fuel pump, fuel lines n tank but what exactly do i need, and can some one please post up a list of parts required or recomend a mechanic thats already done the procedure.
do i need any new electricals or stuff like that cheers.

best way - get the entire wiring loom , fuel tank and fuel lines from a CRX.

It'll all line up fine to my recollection.
The crx tank and everything fits too (mate is using one)

realy! i always thought carby only had sensors, always learning things form oz honda.
i dont have the wiring loom for my zc only the stock computer can u buy an adapter to connect straight up to the civic?
and has any one in sydney done this conversion before
what are ITB's?

yes - the sensors are hooked up to a ecu like any other eg. also the ecu controls the fuel mixtures etc.

No doubt it could be done, but for simplicity, as Ben said in his first post...
Get the underdash wiring loom/underdash fusebox/ECU from the same car if possible, if not get it from a same car at the wrecking yard.
You will be missing the main relay and no doubt there would be a few minor wiring differences that will have you chasing your tail if you choose not to upgrade the loom...
You may need to work out a few other things no doubt... EG loom in ED, havent tried it before..
You will need to wire your fuel pump.. Thats simple. One to ground, one to the appropriate main relay pin on the new loom.
