88 crx indicators buzzing (and not working)

i just got a 1988 crx to play with and i am having an issue with the indicators just kinda buzzing but not working it is both left and right i was wondering if this is a common fault

i had a bit of a searh but only came up with 1 topic and it didnt really make sence

Checked your fuses (under-dash)

I had the same issue, turned out my bulb blew, replaced that and I was good to go again.

so are i assume none will work if one bulb has blown?

i have just removed the dodgiest alarm install i have ever seen but still no love i will keep searching
