[Help!] Engine Light

Hi Guys,

07 FD Civic ... R18A

I cleaned my air filter today and forgot to reattach the mass airflow sensor before starting up my engine. I have since reconnected the sensor but now the engine light wont go out due to the previous 'fault' . How can i reset this?

Just Reset the ECU (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=67113) and the light will go.

haha i have done that many times.

U need to get ur 5 digit radio code from the manual book thing, and then free up ur auto windows before u reset the ECU.

For me, once it went away after a while too.

awsome thanks guys all fixed..

yer i replaced my HU do didn't have a radio code issue. i simply disconnected the battery, paused, then reconnected.

had to let it idle for a bit though afterward to let the ECU do its thing.

Alternatively you could pull the ECU fuse, although i have no fkn clue which one that is.
