Just wondering if anyone knows the difference between the Hamp filters and OEM Honda filters (That I use)??

Also what oil would you reccomend for a D15b7 engine thats just touching 190xxxKm?? I been using castrol magnatec 10-30w since first service since Iv owned car approx 15xxx ago
