Hey guys sup just wanted ta know is it ok to use NON high temp paint for ur rims? coz i cant find a color i want in a can i gota get it mixd up n it doent cum in high temp!
Would a Clear coat help?

give it a go, sand it down and use good quality primer. I used those cans from supercheap the ones u can colourcode ur car with, $13 for a small can, lasted me for 3 years now.

i used 'gloss' spray from lyk supercheap aswell and its shinier coz high temp stuff wasnt shiny. clear coat didnt do anything for me apart from cost about $15.

i sprayed my steelies with black enamel spray. non high temp. no probs so far....but theyre just steelies...

oh yeah i forgot to say. the gloss stuff took lyk 2-3 days (not under shelter) to dry fully, so i think it'd be safe to say that high temperautres wont do anything to it.
