after some bad luck on the two of the previous street meets ( snapping axle , disqualified for being too loud etc)
its all happening tonite
I did 12.9 sec @ 105mph , 1.9 sec 60 foot
backed up with 13.1@105mph , 1.8 sec 60 foot
BF goodrich was used on this run , street legal tyres!!!

Ohh drag radials.. but still, a great 60 footer from a FWD.. Suspension must be tuned mighty good to get the power down off the line even with slicks.

The last time I went to WSID (1 month ago) the STi's and WRX's I ran only did 1.8-2.0 60footers which i thought was poor for those machines.
The Sti with the exhaust and boost mods ran consistent 1.8 60footers with 12.8-13.1 @ 104-106mph... (on standard street tyres)

Goodluck with the car.. Have a look at the cam reveiw on K20a.org the say you can run all the stock valve gear.. although I dont know how good a gain you'd get over the type R set-up although they have a couple of guys testing them that had type R cams...
