Window Rubber Seals Coming Off

Hi guys ive got a picture of an eg and the parts circled in red is where i am have problems. the front windows have no rubber seal at all and the rear window and boot window seals are coming loose. and the door handles (inside and outside) are loose also. and the plastic part on the side of the door is coming off. can anyone tell me where i can take my car to get this fixed and how much it might cost me ? Also does anyone know the cost roughly to re tint me car ?

tinting is abt $200, did mine for abt 140-160 cant remember.

as for the seals,
door window seals are not hard to diy, just need to get a better condition seals
(assuming theyre loose because theyre wrecked)

as for the quarter panel glass: (not sure what glue they use, ask bunnings?)
