remove windscreen scratch?

hey guys, was driving in the heavy rain the other day, and a rock must have somehow flew up onto my windscreen wiper and got caught in it without me knowing. I heard a weird scratching sound and realized what was happening, my window wiper was dragging this rock up and down, scratching my window. And i foolishly had the wiper on the highest speed setting, id say this was done for about 5 minutes before i turned the wipers off and drove home without them.

Now there is a long scratch line on my window!! arrgh, its not not even a millimeter deep, but it has left a thick white line in the window? can this be repaired? i dont think its worth replacing but its right in front of me really annoying, i have been told that with lots of patience this can be polished out but i tried for 5 minutes and got nowhere, what should i do?

I'm in the same boat! ): Previous owner didn't tell me that one of the clips on the wiper were broken... First time using the wipers and I get a nasty as scratch! ): In for answers! ;D cheers

theres something called Jewellers Rouge. i've read that it fixes scratches but not to sure how it works. and not to sure where to buy. but at least something for you guys to look into

Use a scratch and swirl remover. Will take alot of rubbing but will come off.
