This may sound stupid but have you adjust the valve clearances?

Why would it be the Batt if he says it cranks over.

Check fuel and spark.

^ as above, check fuel pump, relays, fuses, starter motor, spark plugs, dizzy, ign leads and all grounding points

check the batt too, may need more cranking power cranks but wont crank over to start deano! :D

brand new walbro fuel pump already checked ign relays and fuses starter motor is fine cause it cranks the car brand new plugs with the dizzy if u turn it all 1 way it cranks alot harder than the other

now since you have a new walbro, are you getting fuel to the motor? new fuel filter (ie. been installed to flow the right way etc), injectors all connected up fine? sounds like its not getting fuel, check wiring on your fuel pump.

was a leakdown test done to ensure engine put together ok?

with your new Walbro fuel pump can you hear it prime when you put it in ignition? It should whir for about a second.

by the look of that video ur starter motor doesnt look like its even cranking cause the engines not shaking. i may be wrong of course but maybe there a problem with the starter motor.

your starter motor dying man, get that changed first

If u have fuel going into the engine then it has to be spark problem

check your spark sequence
