Recently my Gf jazz struggles to start first time like the battery is low or something and there is a little green key shaped warning light comes on. It takes quite a few cranks then it starts. It only happens after u drive then park for a few hours or so. Ive checked the battery it seems fine.
any one know what a possible problem is?
THANKS...

My Jazz does this too and like yours only on a hot start (re-starting the engine within 3 hours of being driven). It will start on the first turn of the key; just it takes longer to start. I remember reading on the Accord Euro section of OZ that some owners have had this same problem. I think it was related to emissions... something about it needing to burn excess fuel off before it can start... I think..
I too would like to find a solution to this problem.

I recently bought the new Jazz VTiS and i had the same feeling.
Like either the battery was dead, or the starter had problems, i took it back to the Service Dealer, and he said all the Jazz cars are like that.....

might be there is something wrong with the engine immobilizer code of the key.. my mate's car did the same thing and he found out that there is something wrong with his key.. :)
