Front bumper repair

Hi everyone, I just bought a 2006 Civic Sport which has a bit of history behind it. One of the things I'm trying to sort out is a front bumper which sticks out a few mm on the right side. I took the bumper off and it didn't take long to find the problem, the screw hole is ripped off:

I'm thinking of getting a thin washer and epoxying it onto the bumper. Anyone dealt with this before? Any better idea? Thanks :wave:

If it was me i'd just stick a new screw in a 1cm or so up from the ripped out hole.. easiest thing to do I reckon. Done it before.
