integra vti-r is 4 stud (4x100). Ep3 wheels are 5 stud and are 5x114.3 stud pattern. Not sure about the evo but I'm guessing that's 5 stud aswell.

he said his vti-r has a 5 stud, yeah it should fit the offsets of 40-45 .

Offset is only half the story. A stock offset wheel which is 2 inches wider will be 1 inch closer to the suspension and 1 inch closer to the guards. If you go for wider wheels, you might need to get something lower offset for them to fit.
Well when i posted he didn't mention his vti-r is 5 stud lols.

sorry just posting a related question to this topic.. how will a set of 16" 8" front and 9" rear with +36 offset fit a 94 dc2 vti-r? will it require the guards to be rolled? thanks!

That 9" +36 will be really close to the rear trailing arm if you put it on the rear and it might not clear the knuckle at the front so you might need spacers. Put a 225/40 on the 9" and perhaps a 205/45 on the 8" (keep in mind that most 205/45R16 tyres are not approved by their manufacturers for mounting on an 8" wide wheel so you might prefer a 215/45). Please put the 9" on the front too.
Roll the guards and play with camber until they fit. Profit. It will be very difficult to fit those wheels without rolling the guards.
