I am in the market for some KYB replacement shocks for my 2001 Honda CR-V. I was quoted $893 driveaway – is that a decent price? That is for KYB Excel-G all around, fitted and wheel aligned.

Price for four KYBs alone came to $620, or $155 per shock. Is that a good price?

i got them roughly 2yrs ago, bought them for $400 for all 4 shocks. bearing in mind this is for an EG, so could be a price difference there already.
where are you located by the way?

Brisbane. I notice you're from Brissbane as well. Where did you get your KYBs from?

Seems too expensive to me but I have never priced CRV shocks.

If you havent already, call http://www.gsad.com.au/ and ask for Nathan. Tell him Trav sent you. Im sure they could beat that price.

Got a quote from your mate. Unfortunately his price is among the highest quotes I've received so far. Oh well thanks for suggesting them anyway.
