prelude dash

hi,

does the prelude dash tacho where it says "P, D, R, N'etc have a digital display next to it?

i have a prelude recently purchased and when i put it into gear, it shows which gear i am on but there is a small square box right next to it on the right but displays nothing. i am assuming it's meant to show the gears 1,2,3,4 etc?

if the light is gone, is it a fuse problem or led replacement required?

are you in tip tronic mode? it lights up when you have it in the semi automatic mode where you push the gears up and down

(when you're in D, pull the gear knob to the right, and then you're in tip tronic)

also, if u are in the tiptronic mode and the numbers arent showing up, the cables behind the dash may be loose. I remember opening up my dash to change the lights and i forgot to plug in the cables at the back and my lights didnt turn on! just had to plug them back in....
