How much money should i pay for JDM Type R Headers from a civic Type R

4-1 headers

i heard its 6-800 but thats a wide range...ive got an offer for $850 from ozhonda trader , is this too much?

how about a spoon n1 muffler?

how much is that worth?

hei mate, i used to sell at 650 one time during its special offer when it is first being brought in. as i say, it is special price :D

i am selling at 850 now and JDM Yard used to sell at 890.00 but i think they are selling at 850 as well.

So just to let you know the story behind the 650 price... and 850 is for brand new. Cheers :D

Jdm CTR doesn't have 4-1 header, they have 4-2-1 only
CTR header = jdm 96 spec = audm dc2r

the only Stock header you should get is JDM 98 spec 4-1

and which the FGK give you more power but not deep tone like spoon n1 when vtec is on

JDM DC Sport header = OEM JDM header 4-1

the retail is US$756.25 excluding shipment, tax and gst for the stainless steel piece. thats 25% duty that you need to pay extra you need to take care...and i dont know how you can avoid tax for such a big item like header..

plus the good thing about oem header is you can attach a heatshield to it when they come in my january shipment so it looks standard and cops wont bother you... :thumbsup:

those who have bought the headers from me will be able to buy the heat shield at special price... as you know the heatshield is almost impossible to get..

anyway i wont start this header which one is better or this xxx brand is better issue.. i think it has been covered quite a lot

they look the same, but aren't. The DC sports JDM 4-1 performs slightly better. They sell for america for ~$350 USD.

Most AEM dealers in Australia should be able to get them, as AEM owns DC now.

Try http://www.qri.biz they are the importers for AEM/DC.

For cheapest and give you most benefit, just look for jdm 98 spec 4-1
