Hi guys,
im a bit of a noob but im wondering if i lower my car and get new mufflers, is it easy to change back to stock and the orginal parts when i sell the car?

Im just worried that if i mod, it will lose value/or i cant trade it in at a dealer.

thanks

you can. dont sell the old parts.
edit: although some parts might have paint on bolt head from factory. i assume the dealer would check these 'tagged' bolts for signs of mods.

some people do, but some doesnt, some sell to dealer if they dont get the price they wanted or its been hangin "on sale" position for too long. But like Mocchi said, if you wanna mod up ur car, keep the old stock parts unless you're 100% sure that you wouldnt need it anymore. Keep in mind putting things back to stock isnt easy if ur not experienced..

as long as the modified parts are direct fit (ie. installation involves unbolting factory part, bolting on modified part) and you keep the factory parts you can go back to stock. if you're going to lower and change exhaust you should be able to go back no problem - just keep in mind if you don't do it yourself you'll pay labour to convert back to factory when the time comes to sell

bolt on mods are easy enough to take off the car when it comes time to sell it. Just make sure you keep all your stock parts. You will never get back what you spend on a car when your selling it so its usually in your best interest to try and get it back to 100% stock.
