16" JDM rims for DC2r

I am interested in finding a set of JDM 16" DC2r rims for my AUDM DC2r. I have not heard of anyone doing this conversion, but I find it quite appealing.

Are there any suspension differences between the JDM and AUDM due to the wheel diameter? Is there a difference in the ride height? What I would like to know is would there be any suspension mods required to avaoid any changes in the handling if I was to change the wheels.

I have also not seen any of these wheels for sale.. maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

not many people have this mod because the rims are hard to find :) only on JDM 98 spec model and most people with this car recognise the value of these rims so keep them...

good luck in your quest... might need to speak to someone who imports sh*t from japan... like a z10 or a tangiie... or a Hondar...

yup.. hard to find, fit without a problem +45 offset - so good for wider tyres (215/45/16 JDM size).

Last time I looked they were around $550 a corner new, no tyres.)

dc2R rims are made by eneki... they're pretty light but yeah there are lighter ones on the market...

Yeah vti-r and type-r rims are from enkei, but not JDM 16'' i think, it is heavy......

Use 16 inch jdm wheel can use more wider tyre to get more traction and looking better. Just a little bit heavier. Who care???:thumbsup:
