Hey guys,

I will be away for a few months and during then my rego is due. So what are the options for me to renew my rego? asking my mates or renew it online? Or is there are other alternatives?

thoughts will be appreciated!

if your car is older then 5 year you will need a pink slip whick can only be done psychically where they have to test car.
so therefor no you cant
but
if its under 5 years old then yes :D

Yeah its only 1 year old... so i shouldnt need the pink slip. If we renewe the rego online so the rego sticker will be sent to us? what if i only stick it when i come back, which maybe months after that....

as long as its parked on private property (so it wont be towed away by council from the street) it should be fine. the sticker should be sent out to you but if worse comes to worse you can always go back to the RTA and get the sticker from there when your back. it cost like $18 extra
