OEM Parts from the US [Archive]

Hi All,

Are there any issues like fitment/compatibility, with getting OEM parts i.e water/oil pumps, belts, gaskets and seals from the US?

There are no problems engine, suspension components. The only thing that you will run into some issues is interior parts. Your cars are RHD and USDM, CDN, EDM are LHD. Fitment of some parts might be an issue, but nothing major.

I get all my seals from the USA as it's cheaper and faster than Jap bits for the same engine, they all fit and have worked well for years :)

Yes sorry UK, Malyasian, and some other country's in the world are RHD as well.

Yeah the ones imported. The only RHD cars we have in the states are the ones imported from Japan, and the same goes for Canada

I've bought all of my OEM parts from the US. Savings range from 20%-60% off local prices. Shipping hurts so you need to make large purchases.
