CRV SPORT 2002 SHAKES OVER 80km/h

Hi All,
Just recently, after 100,000 plus kms of trouble free driving,
whenever I accelerate past 80km/h up to 100km/h the front of the car shakes excessively.
the Honda dealer can't work it out,
any ideas?

Sounds obvious, but it's not a wheel alignment/balance issue is it?

This is probably not even it. but on my lil N13 pulsar. i let the tyres wear out to such an extreme state that the pressure of the tyre mangled the shape of the tyre and it wobbled like crazy.
Maybe try looking at bushings on tie rod ?

missing any wheel weights? i remember jeremy clarksons cheapo jag in one episode shook over a certain speed cos it lost a wheel weight

wheel balance and alignment on monday was clear.
tyres are only 15k old.
going back to dealer to try to find the cause

I'd have to say its something to do with your wheels.

maybe ur wheels are buckled?
