The whole time i've been with Ozhonda i've found some really good info. I have noticed and no doubt everyone else, alot of people looking for new exhaust systems. Most of the time questions are about "quiet" or "quieter" exhausts.
Now we all know that quiet and performance don't really go together but i'm sure there are alot of people out there that have found a happy medium.

What i'm looking for and proposing is that people that have actually passed under the 90dB limit, post up your setup.

After 15 or so pages of searching i found this thread for DC5's posted in 2006
http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=44668
and a few others mentioning that they had legal systems but didn't really specify what they had.

So i guess the basic info needed is:
Car Model:
Exhaust System: i.e: headers, cat back, muffler type(oval, cannon) and sizes (2.25")
Intake:
Engine Work Y/N:
dB achieved:

What might also be useful is dB ratings for the stock exhaust systems of each honda model if anyone has any data...

Obviously alot of it comes down to condition of the car and its parts but its a good indicator for future people looking for an exhuast.

Hopefully this thread goes somewhere :)

One of our customer got mugen catback , aftermarket header and metal cat. Still pass the legal noise limit for engineering purposes without any problem.

so no-one has legal exhausts on there cars? come surely NSW people do? don't cars over 8 years or something have to go through inspections every year? i figured this woul have been a nice thread people could refer to if they were looking for new exhausts without the hassle of getting hit up by the "enforcers".
