Please do a search. Specifically search for "DC5 base mods" as you'll find that it's not really worth it as there is far to much of a difference between a DC5 base and a DC5R/S.

Basically, a lot of the mods (Intake/exhuast/suspension) your going to do to a base DC5 are going to make it comparable to a stock DC5R/S... when those same mods are going to make a DC5R/S comparable to a stock Evo/STI. See were I'm going here.

Then we haven't even stated with the issues of aftermarket ECU's if you decide on getting a semi-auto DC5...

oh i don't have a DC5, i have a DC2R, just wanted to see if the DC5 base model is quick or not :D
