whistling sound on idle

:confused::confused:hey fellas, got a whistling noise coming from my b16 on idle.. i think its the water pump. but not 100% sure as it goes away when i rev it. but then again it leaks water but only when the car is switched of but when on it doesn't leak and it does not over heat :confused::confused:


any ideas??

where it leaking from around the t/belt area?
sounds like a water pump problem.

supercharger LOL,,, check timing belt,,, and tensioner,,,,, and water pump while your at it,,,

whgat colour is the water ? Where exactly is it leaking from?
water leaking COULD be the air conditioning outlet pipe (located around the passenger side )
Whine COULD be a overly tight timing belt. OR otherwise tight / loose accessory belt
