First of all... did you try the search fuction???

The CL9 CM2 ect is just a chassis code.

the CL9 can be found here europe, US and many more countries.

CL7 is the Euro R

CL7 = 2L Accord FWD (can be either base model 2L with no power or Euro R)
CL8 = 2L Accord AWD
CL9 = 2.4L Accord FWD
CM2 = 2.4L Accord Wagon FWD
CM3 = 2.4L Accord Wagon AWD

Think generally, the "CL" models are the JDM/Euro models, which are made in Japan; the "CM" are models for the US market, which are made in Thailand.

Here, we can get the CL7A/R, CL9 (Parallel Imports from JPN) and the CM4/5 (2L and 2.4L Sedan models, which are official Honda imports from Thailand).

If you add to the list, it becomes
CL7 = 2L Accord "Euro" FWD (can be either base model 2L with no power or Euro R)
CL8 = 2L Accord "Euro" AWD
CL9 = 2.4L Accord "Euro" FWD
CM2 = 2.4L Accord "Euro" Wagon FWD
CM3 = 2.4L Accord "Euro" Wagon AWD
CM4 = 2.0L Thai Accord/Inspire sedan
CM5 = 2.4L Thai Accord/Inspire sedan
CM6 = 3.0L Thai Accord/Inspire sedan

You can't really generalise what a CL and what a CM is, because Honda can use the same code if the chassis is shared (Accord Euro wagons have a longer wheelbase and could use a chassis based on the CM Accord sedan design)
