EG-parking brake bias to one side (disc brakes)

Hey all, revamping my sister new EG, the park brake is extremely bais to the left, is there anyway to adjust the park brake left or right on rear disc setup????
Im suspecting low pads or disc thickness? or worn cables?

Just got my rear discs machined for a vibe and got new pads to put in, so fingers crossed, but again if anyone has experienced this please advise.
