EJ1 - eg civic coupe

Hey guys,

Was discussing EG civic coupes the other day with some friends. They don't believe that they exist - until I presented them with photos. They concluded that the photos were of EG with "conversions" - however I am sure that I've come across an article online on the EJ1.

Are they only available in America?

Thats where I initially remebered them from! But they insisted that the cars in the movie were sedans.

they had an EJ forsale on here ages ago in melb a real deal one with private import status, sold up real fast, was a bargain

they're a notchback (not a true coupe) if you want to get technical

i had only just heard of the term (when u mentioned it)

can't we just import one in

its not on the REVS list, we are not allowed to import them. only way would be if u have a CAMS license or your specifically using it for track.
a good way to import it would be if u know someone that lives in either japan or NZ to import into AUS provided that they have owned it for a year. this would be a personal import and no tax.
