Type R Cam

can Type R Cams fit into H series engines?
Or is it only for B series?
can B16a head fit on H series bottom aswell?

b series type r cams will not fit a h series, only b series
and no a b series head will not bolt up to a h series bottom end

if you want capacity with b series, you can do a b20vtec (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=121829) setup
if you want to use a h22 you could do a h2b (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=109724) setup

both have good results :)
