I havent changed anything in my engine in a while other than a new clutch and sealing the headers with a mate! so any ideas boyz?? :honda: :!:  :)

oil's leaking from somewhere/ burning off too much too soon.

what color smoke comes out? black or white?

it'd be either your piston rings or valve stem seals causing this. This is going on my past experiences with engines burning oil...what else could it be? anyone?

I'd say your oil's getting burnt. Your piston are most probably gone, so oil leaking into the cylinders and getting burnt. If the smoke is white, then you are definitely burning the oil. you may need a rebuild.

it will be your piston rings. they must be pretty stuffed if your getting through that much oil in 2 weeks. go get the bottom end reconditioned. if you been running constantly on low oil without topping up other stuffed is probly showing some signs if damage to. its your valve seals if it puffs smoke only when you take of after sitting for a bit due to oil draining down your valve stems.

ah that's right...as i now remember, it would smoke a bit at start up, and idle, and on takeoff, but no smoke under load whilst the car was at cruise speed....must be you piston rings then...how many Kms on the motor?

wat color is the smoke ??

white= coolant (could be blown headgasket)
blue= oil (piston rings are probably gone)

And to add BLACK smoke = excess fuel being burnt from running rich - dont confuse this hi-rpm burst of smoke , from the engine running excessively rich WITH say oil smoke etc....all hondas seem to do this.

For example my lil d16a8 ( Si) smokes quite abit in the upper RPM under load - but its a mixture of old rings and bad timing n fuel load :(

How many k's on ur engine Sashora ? Probably about time for a rebuild i think...

Don’t VTec’s have stainless steel rings?

cheapest way... sell the car and get a new one. Otherwise you will need a rebuilt or replacement engine. Either will cost you between 1k-2k. depending on who does the work. I'ge get a reputable person though as you get what you pay for.

Hanny's performace is very good and specialise in honda they are in Smithfield
