Think my car has arthritis... but when I'm driving slow and constantly braking and changing gears, in between, there's a "clunk" sorta sound... only happens when the car jolts, as in between gears and when I apply the brakes... I can feel the "clunk" and it's somewhere at the front near my foot... I've checked, and nothing's loose in the engine bay... gearbox? Clutch?
I know it's hard to diagnose a problem when it's sound, but any helpful suggestions would be great... thanks in advanced guys!

can you hear noise from outside~ like windows down ? does it sound like metal hitting something.
also you had you brakes done recently ? or any work done recently. how long has it been occuring for

just recently changed my front brakes... and it's sorta happened since then... and the noise occurs when i let go of accelerator or when there's a change in speed...
haven't really heard it when the window's down, but i can feel it.. does that make sense?

yeah makes sense.
i changed my front brakes about 5 weeks ago , and i had same noise, turned out the brake pad wasnt sitting on the clip properly. check your brake pads. you know how to remove them ? just re install them. they worked perfectly fine, its just they made that noise. i removed and re installed them
i hope that is the problem.

If it is a solid clunk, it could possibly be a engine mount also, so have a look at them also..
