It will perfectly fit except the header. (as Donut gasket is different)

depends what motor lol. i assume you have a carby single cam, if you go something efi like a d16y1, d15B, d15b7 then yes your carby manifold/exhaust should bolt straight in and be quiet as (this from personal experience). but if you are going to a b16 or b18 then no..
