Ground Control Question - Raising?

simple question to anyone who either uses ground control adjustable height springs, or knows a bit about them.
can you adjust the height ABOVE stock?

like ground control sleeves? might be able to if you wound it up to the top
from what i remember from my old sleeves, it wouldn't go much higher though

yeah...the sleeves.
i need to raise the front end of my car about 1cm

stick your head under, does the sleeve have more than 10-15mm of thread?
if it does then just wind it up and you're good to go

havent got them...i wanna buy them if they can go up.
if they cant then i dont wanna waste my money.

very simply...i need to either raise the front of my car about 1cm or sell my car. and i kinda love my car too much to part with it right now.
